Located on the grounds of the Elsie Perrin Williams Estate.
Upon booking, chose to have your immersive therapy session while either relaxing on the manicured grounds by the forest edge, enjoying time walking the trails on part of the 68 acres of wilderness, or spending your time indoors at the True Nature Outdoor Therapy’s cozy private office space inside the 110 year old Estate building.
The Estate Grounds are a hidden Gem conveniently located close to all the amenities in North West London. Minutes from the University of Western Ontario, University Hospital and Masonville area, the location allows for easy access to services while on your lunch break, or commute from work. Easy access for guests coming in from North of London (Illderton, Lucan, Arva etc), as Windermere Rd is directly off of highway 4.
This secluded location offers the best of both worlds- the quiet and relaxing forest setting, together with the ease of location. Plenty of parking is available to allow you to arrive to your appointment and immediately just breath.

Accessibility & parking
Upon arrival to the Estate grounds, enter in through the open gates on the south side of Windermere Rd.
You will see the white Elsie Perrin William’s Estate Gate House immediately to the right.
Past the Gate House, general parking is available.
There will then be a short walk to the Estate building.
If you prefer to park closer to the office building, follow the driveway up to the Elsie Perrin Estate house, where parking for True Nature Outdoor Therapy guests is available directly beside the Estate building on the interlocking brick stones, or the reserved parking spots to the left of the building entrance.
Additional Information about the location and
the grounds…
The Estate grounds are maintained in a collaboration between The City of London and The Heritage London Foundation. This collaboration ensures the trails preservation, historical integrity and environmental significance. However to note, with this unique management system, the trails are City of London property and therefore public trails. Although a seldomly frequented area, limitations around confidentiality will be present. These limitations will be reviewed, discussed and agreed to prior to the beginning of any outdoor session.
